We are happy to offer a refund on any unsuitable items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in resale-able condition, with all original labels and hang tags attached. All refunds exclude all shipping costs. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we ask that you request a refund and place a new order for the new item. Final sale items may not be returned; they are also not subject to price adjustments.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)
1. Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain your RA (Returns Authorization) Number. Include your name, order number, the item you are returning.
2. Package up your return items securely and post the parcel back to us, using your preferred shipping service. Remember to use a reliable service as the goods are your responsibility until they arrive back with us.
3. Upon inspection of the returned items, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.
